Frontier States multiplayer browser online game
Version of 4 October 2026 · frontierstates.com · ru.frontierstates.com
This Privacy Policy explains what data the Administration of the Frontier States game collects, why it is collected, to whom it may be disclosed and how long it is kept. The Policy supplements and details Sections 7.4, 7.5 and 8 of the Terms of Service and forms an integral part of them. Terms used in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
1.1. This Policy applies to the Game and to the whole of the Project, at both addresses of the Website — frontierstates.com and ru.frontierstates.com. Both addresses provide access to one and the same Game: the Account and all data relating to it are shared and are not separated between the addresses.
1.2. Starting to use the Game constitutes the User’s acceptance of the Terms of Service and of this Policy. If the User does not agree with this Policy, the User must stop using the Game and the Project.
1.3. The Game is intended for persons aged 12 and over. Where the User is a minor, this Policy must be accepted by the User’s Legal Guardians, who also supervise the minor User’s use of the Game (clauses 1.2–1.4 of the Terms of Service).
1.4. The Administration processes only such data as are necessary to operate the Game, to ensure its safety and fair play, and to provide paid features.
1.5. Data controller and point of contact for any question relating to data: the Administration of the Project, support@miomoor.info.
2.1. Registration by email. The User provides an email address and a password. The password is stored only as an irreversible hash and is not known to the Administration. Registration by email requires confirmation of the address by a code sent to it.
2.2. Registration and sign-in through a service. Where the User signs in through Google, Telegram, Yandex or VK, the Administration receives from that service the identifier of the account, and also — where the service provides them — the email address, the public name and the profile picture. The identifier is stored in the Account so that the User can sign in again. The set of available services may differ between the two addresses of the Website. Where a Telegram account has no email address, the Game issues an internal service address that is not used for correspondence.
2.3. One email address corresponds to one Account: signing in through a service under an address for which an Account already exists opens the existing Account rather than creating a second one.
2.4. Profile data the User fills in at their own discretion: in-game name, profile image, nation flag, the “About me” text, political views, interface language, content language and the visual theme.
2.5. Data provided when making a payment: the email address the User enters in the payment window, to which the payment service sends the payment document (clause 5.8 of the Terms of Service).
2.6. Communications sent to the Administration through the feedback form or by email.
2.7. The Administration does not request and does not need special categories of data (in particular data on health, religious or political beliefs, or biometric data) and asks Users not to publish such data in the Game.
3.1. Game progress: level and experience, in-game currency balances and the history of operations with them, skills, energy, storage, regions of stay and registration, factories, parties, states, autonomies, banks, the house, wars and damage dealt, medals, quests, elections and votes, bills, market offers, flights and other in-game objects and indicators.
3.2. Communications the User creates in the Game: messages in the general chat, comments to articles, wars, bills and bloc regulations, published articles, private messages, and the blacklist.
3.3. In accordance with clause 8.1 of the Terms of Service the Administration may view, store and analyse the messages listed in clause 3.2, including private messages, in order to monitor compliance with the Terms of Service and the Game Rules.
3.4. Where a message is deleted by a Moderator, it ceases to be displayed to other Users, but its text is retained by the Administration as evidence of the grounds for the measure applied (clause 8.2 of the Terms of Service). Records of measures applied contain the reason, the period and the text concerned.
3.5. Materials the User posts in the Game (article texts, comments, images, logos and coats of arms) are used by the Administration under the licence described in clause 8.3 of the Terms of Service.
4.1. In accordance with clause 8.4 of the Terms of Service, the Administration records and stores the IP address and the device characteristics from which the Project is accessed. Specifically:
4.1.1. the IP address, the browser identification string (User-Agent) and the history of their changes;
4.1.2. records of sign-ins and sign-outs, including the method of signing in;
4.1.3. device characteristics: a random mark that the Game stores in the browser, the results of test rendering of an image, of three-dimensional graphics and of sound (these do not use the camera, the microphone or any other device requiring permission), screen parameters, the number of processor cores, the amount of memory, the time zone and the browser languages;
4.1.4. the time zone, which is also used to display all dates in the Game in the User’s local time.
4.2. The country the User is in is determined from the IP address at the moment of the request, using a table stored inside the Game itself; no request is made to third-party services for this purpose. The country is used to display the names and emblems of regions in the form adopted in that country and to direct visitors who are not signed in from the Russian-language address to the main one. The country is not stored in the Account.
4.3. To detect scripts and automation the Game records the rhythm of actions, the presence of genuine mouse clicks and key presses before an action, and the signature issued by the game client. These data are used solely to detect breaches of clause 4 of the Terms of Service.
4.4. The data referred to in this Section are used for the purposes of administering the Game, ensuring its safety and detecting linked Accounts (clauses 7.1.7 and 8.5 of the Terms of Service).
5.1. Payments are accepted through the lava.top payment service. Payment is made on the payment service’s side; the Administration does not receive, process or store bank card details (clause 5.2 of the Terms of Service).
5.2. In respect of each purchase the Administration stores: the email address provided by the User for the payment document, the selected package, the amount and currency of the invoice, the identifiers of the order and of the invoice, the status of the payment, and what was purchased (gold, premium status, or a gift and its recipient).
5.3. These records are necessary in order to credit the purchase, to confirm it in the event of a dispute (clause 5.6 of the Terms of Service) and to comply with the requirements of applicable law.
6.1. The Game uses the Yandex.Metrica statistics service. It collects impersonal data on visits: the pages opened, the source of the visit, the device and browser, and events such as registration, sign-in and proceeding to payment.
6.2. The identifier assigned to the browser by Yandex.Metrica (ClientID) is stored in the Account. Once a payment has been confirmed, the Administration sends to Yandex.Metrica the fact of the purchase together with its amount and currency, linked to that identifier. No in-game name, email address or other data enabling the User to be identified are sent.
6.3. These data are used to assess the effectiveness of advertising and to improve the Game. The Administration publishes statistics only in aggregated form (clause 7.1.7 of the Terms of Service).
6.4. To assess the effectiveness of its advertising in Google, the Game uses the Google tag of the Google Ads service. The tag is loaded only for visitors who are not signed in to an Account. It records the visit and, where an Account is created, the fact of registration, so that Google can attribute it to the advertisement the visitor came from. No in-game name, email address, Account number or other data enabling the User to be identified are sent.
7.1. Creating and maintaining the Account and providing access to the Game.
7.2. Signing the User in, restoring access and verifying the email address.
7.3. Providing paid features, crediting purchases and dealing with payment-related enquiries.
7.4. Enabling communication between Users through the features of the Game.
7.5. Ensuring safety: detecting breaches of the Terms of Service and of the Game Rules, cheating, automation and linked Accounts, and applying the measures provided for in the Game Rules.
7.6. Collecting statistics, improving the Game and assessing the effectiveness of advertising.
7.7. Sending Users messages of an informational or technical nature relating to the Game (clause 7.5 of the Terms of Service).
7.8. Complying with the requirements of applicable law and responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.
8.1. Data are processed with the consent of the User, given by accepting the Terms of Service and this Policy, and because processing is necessary in order to provide the Game requested by the User.
8.2. Where the User is a minor, such consent is given by the User’s Legal Guardians (clause 1.3 of the Terms of Service).
8.3. Technical data referred to in Section 4 are also processed on the ground of the Administration’s legitimate interest in the safety of the Game and the equality of Users.
9.1. Available to other Users are: the in-game name and profile image, the level and place in the rating, medals, the nation flag, the regions of stay and of registration, the party and its tag, positions held in a state, published articles and their ratings, messages in the general chat and comments, the house and factories, the dates of registration and of joining a party, the local time of the User, and the “About me” text.
9.2. Not available to other Users are: the email address, the password, IP addresses and device data, payment data, the content of private messages (other than to the parties to the correspondence) and the detailed history of balance operations.
9.3. Records of measures applied to a User are available to Moderators and Administrators; the User sees their own records in the Game. The name of the Administrator who restricted access to the Game is not shown to the User.
9.4. Where the User has not visited the Game for 14 days, the User disappears from lists and counters in the Game; the profile remains available by a direct link. On the User’s return everything is restored automatically.
10.1. The Game stores in the User’s browser: the sign-in token, interface settings (language, theme), the device mark referred to in clause 4.1.3, and a one-time value needed to complete signing in through Google. The Yandex.Metrica service and the Google tag (clause 6.4) set their own files.
10.2. If the User clears the data stored by the browser, the User will be signed out of the Account; the device mark may be restored from the copies remaining in the browser, since it serves to detect linked Accounts.
10.3. The User may restrict the use of cookies and of browser storage in the settings of their browser. Some features of the Game will then not work.
10.4. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent to cookies on their first visit. Until consent is given, the Yandex.Metrica service and the Google tag are not loaded; the Game works without them. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the start page or in the profile settings; the Game then deletes the files these services have stored for its addresses.
11.1. The Administration does not sell User data and does not transfer them for third parties’ own advertising purposes.
11.2. Data are transferred only to the extent necessary and only to:
11.2.1. the lava.top payment service — for the purpose of issuing an invoice and accepting payment (the email address provided by the User);
11.2.2. the Yandex.Metrica service and Google (the Google Ads service) — for the purposes set out in Section 6;
11.2.3. the services through which the User signs in (Google, Telegram, Yandex, VK) — within the technical exchange required to sign in;
11.2.4. Telegram — where the User uses the bot or the mini-application of the Game, in accordance with Telegram’s own rules;
11.2.5. providers of hosting, of the transit server for the address ru.frontierstates.com and of email delivery — within the storage and delivery of the Game and of messages;
11.2.6. competent authorities — where information is requested on sufficient legal grounds (clause 7.4 of the Terms of Service).
11.3. The relationship between the User and the payment service, the sign-in services and Telegram is governed by those services’ own documents.
12.1. Passwords are stored as an irreversible hash. Access to the Account is provided by a token of limited validity. Data are transmitted over a secure connection.
12.2. Access to technical data and to moderation tools is limited to Administrators and, within the scope of their powers, to Moderators.
12.3. Data are stored on servers rented from a hosting provider. Requests to the address ru.frontierstates.com pass through a transit server that only forwards them to the main server.
12.4. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security. The User is responsible for keeping their password safe and for the security of the devices from which they access the Game (Section 3 of the Terms of Service).
13.1. Account data and game progress are kept while the Account exists.
13.2. The texts of messages deleted by a Moderator and records of measures applied are kept as evidence of the grounds for those measures (clause 8.2 of the Terms of Service).
13.3. Records of sign-ins, of IP addresses, of the User-Agent and of device characteristics are kept for as long as they are needed for the purposes set out in Section 4.
13.4. Records of payments are kept for as long as is necessary to confirm purchases and as required by applicable law.
13.5. Email confirmation codes are valid for 15 minutes and are not kept after that.
14.1. In the Game the User may at any time: change the in-game name, the profile image, the nation, the “About me” text, the interface language and the theme; add, change or remove the email address used to sign in and change the password; view the history of their own balance and of measures applied to them; restrict private messages from other Users by means of the blacklist; and delete their own articles.
14.2. By writing to support@miomoor.info the User may request information about the data processed in respect of them, ask for those data to be corrected, or ask for the Account to be deleted.
14.3. Where the Account is deleted, the User loses access to it and to all Game Values, which are not compensated (clause 5.9 of the Terms of Service). Data which the Administration is required to keep under Section 13 of this Policy are retained.
14.4. The User may opt out of receiving informational messages, except for messages relating to the security of the Account and to payments made (clause 7.5 of the Terms of Service).
14.5. Requests are considered within a reasonable period. The Administration may ask the User to confirm ownership of the Account before providing information about it.
15.1. The Game is intended for persons aged 12 and over. The Administration does not knowingly collect data of children under that age.
15.2. Paid features may be purchased by a minor User solely with the consent and under the supervision of the Legal Guardians (clause 5.7 of the Terms of Service).
15.3. Where it becomes apparent that an Account has been created by a child under 12, the Legal Guardians may write to support@miomoor.info; such an Account and the data relating to it will be deleted.
16.1. This Policy may be amended by the Administration unilaterally, in particular where the composition of the data collected, the services used or the requirements of applicable law change.
16.2. The new version takes effect upon publication in the Game or on the Website. Continued use of the Game after the changes take effect constitutes the User’s acceptance of the new version (clause 9.4 of the Terms of Service).
17.1. Any question relating to this Policy, and any request concerning data, may be sent to support@miomoor.info or submitted through the feedback form in the Game and on the Website.
17.2. Communication with Users is conducted in writing in Russian or English (clause 7.6 of the Terms of Service).
USING THE GAME CONSTITUTES THE USER’S CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF DATA IN THE MANNER AND FOR THE PURPOSES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
